REFUNDS  Cancellation of the Money Transfer can be made by either the customer calling our offices, or the customer cancelling the transaction via the app or website. Once the transaction has been cancelled, by either method, subject to the transaction not having been paid to the beneficiary, the funds will be credited back to the customer via the original payment method.
