How do I send money?
You can send money online through our website or app by registering an account, providing your details, and completing the transfer steps.
How long does a transfer take?
Most transfers are processed within 5 minutes and are ready for collection immediately. In some cases, transfers may take longer if additional documents or checks are required.
What happens if I make a mistake with the beneficiary details?
If the beneficiary’s details are incorrect, please call our office. We will make the necessary changes so the funds can be collected without delay.
Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes — if the money has not yet been paid out to the beneficiary, you can cancel the transfer.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are returned to you using the original payment method.

1. What if my beneficiary has a problem receiving the money?
If the beneficiary cannot collect the funds due to ID or technical issues, our local partner will request the correct information. If the transfer cannot be completed, the funds will be returned to you.
